That’s a pretty loaf of bread. Did you do anything special to get that nice tight crumb with no large holes?
Edit: I read the blog post and now have a new thing to try next!

Looks great! What was the weight of that loaf? I’m new to sandwich style loaves and it seems important to make sure the size of the loaf is just right for the container
