   Copied from the video:

   Ingredients
   dry white beans 500g
   Large onion, chopped
   2 tomatoes, chopped
   4 cloves garlic, grated
   parsley 2tbsp
   2 chili pepper (Optional)
   salt 1 tsp
   ginger 1tsp
   paprika 1tsp
   black pepper 1/2tsp
   cumin 1/2 tsp
   turmeric 1/2tsp
   oil 5tbsp
   tomato concentrate 1tbsp
   parsley 1tbsp
   Serve with a little parsley and olive oil
