Had terrific kaiseki with a delicious sake pairing at SSAW last evening. This sashimi dish also featured a ponzu jelly. There are a few others I loved but my photos wouldn't do them justice, such as the deep fried sweet fish with a shaved black truffle supplement, unagi in dashi broth, barracuda clay pot rice, and fig ice cream. Everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend!
