this is three days of:

– cucumbers and english muffin w/ egg for brunch

– curry & rice for dinner

– trail mix for snack

I cut the cucumber the night before, so there’s also the one that will go with the next two days. the egg sandwich— I’ll probably add chard tomorrow and then kimchi or laoganma the other days to keep flavors fresh.

trail mix is walnuts, dry peanuts, raisins, and dark chocolate chunks. it’s about 360 cal per container and hits all the right notes to keep me from eating anything else before bed. 🙂
