That looks amazing, how do I go about making this for myself?

  2. We do Thanksgiving on Saturdays usually, so it’s become somewhat of a tradition to make this on Thanksgiving day.

    Meat

1lb of thin sliced Chicken breast cut into 1-inch strips, approximately ¼-inch thick.

Liquid Ingredients (mix together, use later)-

    ½ cup chicken broth

    1 TBSP granulated sugar

1 TBSP Soy Sauce (Regular or Dark)

    1 TBSP Oyster Sauce

    1 TBSP Fish Sauce

1 TBSP Black Sweet Soy Sauce (thick stuff)

    5 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce

Veggie ingredients (prep and use later)-

1 cup of Thai Basil leaves

    8 cloves of Garlic, diced

6-8 Thai Chilies depending on your spice preference, diced

    Directions-
With your chicken: 1.Bread first with all-purpose flour -2. Dredge in Egg (approximately 3 large) -3. Bread again in Potato Starch.

Oil fry Chicken in wok to desired crispiness- Remove from Wok and set aside on paper towel – Add 1 TBSP canola oil and veggie ingredients to wok(cook for 1 min)- Add a splash of liquid ingredients to the veggies until basil becomes mostly wilted- Add rest of liquid ingredients and let it simmer (5-10 minutes)- Turn off heat and add Chicken to the liquid ingredients and stir until everything is coated. Enjoy!
