Pan-fried Sweet Potato Cakes

    Ingredients:

    * 1 roasted sweet potato
    * 3 tsp sweet potato starch
    * 2 tsp tapioca starch
    * 3 tsp flour
    * Salt, to taste
    * Sugar, to taste
    * Ground pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Peel the roasted sweet potato and place it in a bowl. Then, add the flour, tapioca starch, sweet potato starch, salt, sugar and ground pepper into the bowl and mix until even.

    2. With a spoon, scoop up a suitable amount of the batter and shape the batter into discs, then pan-fry the discs until both sides are golden brown and serve.
