Like everyone else on this sub I have been chasing the perfect pepperoni cups. Usually I use natural casing pepperoni to get a decent cup. Store was out and had to go with shitty pre sliced Roni, not ideal, but what can you do. On a lark to see if I could get a different texture I broiled the shit out of my pizza for the last bit of the cook. It worked better than expected and I got a small cup. Can’t wait to try the same technique with quality pepperoni. Hope everyone has a pizza filled new year! Thanks for reading.
