The white truffle burger just dropped on the Shake Shack app, so I gave it a try today. Overall: 7.5/10. Value 1/10.
I ordered a double because Shake Shack burgers are small and I wanted to actually feel full. This includes two patties, fontina cheese, crispy onions, and truffle. For $13+tax, this is pretty poor value considering I didn’t get any drink or sides. The burger, cheese, and onions were flavorful (their patties are always solid). However, I could barely taste the truffle, which is the main reason for trying it.
It is worth trying if you are willing to pay, but I will be buying a double Shack burger next time.

The only thing I get from Shake Shack is the Shack Stack, the fried cheese stuffed mushroom patty is so good and not something many other places do. I agree that the value for how much food you get there blows so the one normal patty + one mushroom patty is the only reason I go there, and thats only once or twice a year.
