10/10 recommend. It was a lovely sabbath evening, filled with laughter, wine and good company. Here are some pics of the flights and sauces. Everything made from scratch by me at home. 13 people in attendance.

Will put recipes in the comments. See previous posts for the pasta recipes.

    Vodka sauce:

Use virtually any simple red sauce recipe. Sauté red onion until carmelized. Add red sauce, and heavy cream, vodka, and basil. Add pec and Simmer low until thickened.

    Bolognese:

again, just a simple red sauce, add browned ground beef, and whole pepperoni stick cut into thirds along with a fresh bay leaf. Simmer low for a couple hours.

    Creamy pesto:

Basil, garlic, pecans, pec, olive oil. Blend. Heat heavy cream and butter una. Sauce pan until lightly boiling. Turn to high, and allow cream and butter to double over. Add pesto and stir until combined. Add more pec. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Fennel:

Sautéed fennel, and add a bit of sugar and salt, and white cooking wine. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Salt, pepper to taste. Optional: red pepper flakes.
