    Got this 2” monster on sale at Harris Teeter for just $32! They even cut it from the loin and trimmed the edges before weighing. Customer service at its finest.

    Set the Weber Spirit grill to 180F and smoked it using mesquite wood chips for about an hour to 115F internal temp. Then let it rest in foil while I got the grill to 500F, and seared both sides. Topped with some garlic and herb compound butter made the day before. Turned out pretty well!

    Bruh, looks delicious. I would personally go a little rarer on the temp, but you nailed it. Looks fantastic.

    Beware of the anti-Harris-Teeter gang. They down voted a similar post I made to oblivion. Not sure if they’re just jealous of Harry Teets extremely reasonable dry aged prices or what. I sure enjoyed mine. Looking good!
