   Bought these at a local Mexican grocer. $8/#. Were nicely marbled. Wish i took a before photo.

   Ribeye tacos are amazing, and popular at many restaurants in Mexico City (probably elsewhere as well.)

   I would have tried for a harder crust/sear.
