    4 cups of broccoli florets
    3 large boneless skinless Chicken breasts
    1 8oz package of cream cheese
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 seeded/-sliced fresh jalapeños
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Optional scallions garnish
    Optional top with gratedParmigiano cheese

    Bake at 375°f for 30-40min

    Chaffles
    1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tablespoon of almond flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 med-lg egg or eggwhites
    Handful diced scallions
    Mix together well and spread on a mini waffle maker (2) or a regular size waffle maker (1)
