It’s [this chicks recipe](https://youtu.be/RIHoceuQlHU) except I use a Dutch oven covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours in my conventional oven. The cast iron Dutch oven produces a far superior sear than an instapot and you can’t beat the quality of low and slow. Instapot is just convenient bc it’s fast. But her recipe is sooo good I make it every week
