First time making no-knead focaccia, topped with rosemary and thyme. I’ll definitely be trying another recipe next time—this one didn’t call for blooming yeast; just to dump all ingredients in a bowl. Dough didn’t really rise. More of an okay pizza crust than a GOOD focaccia 😊

    No knead usually still means some folds and stretches. Try cold fermenting for a couple of nights. _ lacebakes _ on insta is great!
