I cut him while he was still kinda warm, so some of the insides got mushed where I cut. But he was a success. Just way too big. And yes, this recipe was meant for 1 loaf. They just didn’t specify that it was meant for an UNGODLY large loaf 😅

My adjustments:
• used bread flour instead of APF
• used whole milk in place of some of the water
• the only “sweetener” used was sugar (no honey)
•added about 3 tbs of extra flour as the dough was a bit too wet.

* side note: I didn’t follow the methods/ instructions in the post. I just used the ingredients as a base and made the bread how I’m used to. Quite frankly, I was too lazy to read it all.
