    For 2:

    -2/3lb Blue Oyster Mushrooms
    -2/3lb Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
    ~2Tbsp Unsalted, Cultured Butter

    ^sauté hard and fast to develop browning and heat through

    -6 Cloves Black Garlic
    ~1/2c starchy pasta water

    ^peel and place black garlic cloves in a vessel with starchy pasta water and ~Tbsp of olive oil. Blend with an emersion blender until smooth.

    -parsley to finish
