    **Ingredients:**

    Bagel

    1/2 Avocado

    Salmon or similar

    1 Egg

    Spices, Herbs

    Lettuce Leaves

    **Method:**

    1. Halve the bagel. Put some oil in a pan and fry the egg whites.

    2. Place the top half of the bagel on top of the egg white and fill the hole with the yolk.

    3. Fry the bottom half of the bagel in the oil as well. Then spread the bottom bagel with avocado and sprinkle with spices.

    4. Lay out some lettuce leaves or cucumber, if you like, followed by the salmon.

    5. Finally, place the top half of the bagel on top and sprinkle with herbs.
