This one is from The Great Greek in Sherman Oaks. Taramasalata from Tony Taverna in Malibu is an absolute dream and my favorite. The one from Papa Christi was crap, only able to eat it after putting it in the food processor. I’ve been trying to make my own at home but I’m not quite there yet! Would love all the advice or suggestions.
