I’m a barista-in-training. This was my first attempt at making a cappuccino of any sort, after my first attempt at frothing milk, after my first attempt at making espresso XD lots of firsts yesterday! I called this a blob and my boss quickly corrected me and said this is called a “monks head”. I’ll take that!
