Hebrew National 97% Kosher Free Beef Franks – 45cal each
Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Long Rolls – 80cal each

Bought from my local Walmart. Tastes just like the regular high calorie stuff, so I won’t feel deprived at summer cookouts 👍👍

Arnold’s Keto hot dog buns are great too, more protein! They’re def pricier tho 🙁

I use Aunt millie live carb smart hot dog bunswith the hebrew hot dogs. Comes out to 95 calories per hot dog. Plenty of calories left for toppings 😊

I use these two for a tasty and quick meal if I’m in a hurry! Throw several dogs in an air fryer at 400 deg for 5 min, put them in buns and put the entire things back in for another minute. Top with some spicy brown mustard (nearly 0 cals). Delicious as hell

  4. You can go even lower with Keto Culture buns. Lower still with Ballpark Smoked Turkey Franks, but those taste different for sure.

Ballpark no fat Turkey dogs are 40cals per 50 grams and franz keto culture buns are 50 calories, add fat free cheese slice for 30 calories and no sugar added relish for zero calories

similar to this, I never knew the[ really big chicken sausages are only 140 cals.](https://i5.peapod.com/c/3Y/3Y1R5.jpg) These things are THICC and fill me up much more than their equivalent in hotdog, and have a bunch of flavors ranging from 140 to 160 cals

Add that in with those low cal buns ([I use these 70 cal ones](https://www.publix.com/pd/healthy-life-hot-dog-buns-keto-hawaiian/RIO-PCI-602202?origin=search2))

add in a 25 cal laughing cow pepperjack cheese.

two of those (140+70+25)x2 = 470 cals and they are SUPER filling

Wow, I haven’t even looked at hot dogs in years because I just assumed they are all high calorie. I will have to try these if I can find some low carb buns.

Aw I wanted to see a pic with the toppings tbh

I use those wrapped in an old extreme snack size tortilla. 30 calories for tortilla. Stuff it with sourkrout, chili, slaw, etc.
