So, I’ve been slowly testing and reviewing all of these items over the past few weeks due to sales and whatnot. For the pastries I quartered each and ate them straight, microwaved, in milk, and crumbled over ice cream. Super short reviews below.

Smartcake Choco: Delicious! Tasted great, texture was great, great with ice cream and plain. Good heated in the microwave. For 38 calories, this was awesome.

Smartcake Raspberry Cream: Great as well, even better microwaved.

Legendary Chocolate Cake Pastry: Pretty good! No aftertaste for any of these. Don’t expect these to be like Poptarts, and absolutely do not put them in the toaster. The icing will all melt off and burn. These are very soft and cakey and do not crisp up if heated. They don’t have a ton of filling, but for the calories and macros they’re good plain or as a crumbled topping.

Legendary Brown Sugar Pastry: I liked this a lot, wish it had more filling.

Legendary Birthday Cake: It’s okay, not distinctively birthday cake flavored. Definitely my least favorite.

WOW! Protein Donut Chocolate: Nice! Soft, not much of an aftertaste, good macros and calories. Don’t microwave this one; it makes it weirdly flowery tasting/smelling. Best with milk or icecream.

WOW! Protein Donut Cake: Not a lot going on here. Microwave improved it slightly. It has an extreme mug cake flavor and is really dense.

Prime Bites Chocolate Fudge Brownie: Not great by itself, kinda off aftertaste and texture. A little salt really improves this. Great sprinkled over ice cream. Do not microwave this one.

Prime Bites Chocolate Cookie Monster: Literally exactly the same but no chocolate chips.

Core Power Chocolate Elite: Delish! Made some great protein ice cream. The stats are godtier.

Core Power Strawberry Elite: Very good as well! Great strawberry ice cream.

Core Power Vanilla Elite: Nothing wrong with this, just not a lot going on. Good as a base for other stuff.

Light + Fit Caramel Apple Pie: very strong artificial taste at first but it mellows fast. I liked the apple bits. Better frozen.

Light + Fit Strawberry Cheesecake: Also artificial tasting and a bit too sweet. Not enough cream cheese taste.

Power Crunch Wafer Chocolate: A little better than strawberry, but not great. Needs salt or something. Very bad aftertaste.

Power Crunch Wafer Strawberry: I just really don’t like this. Unfortunately, I ended up with a box full. I can only eat half at a time because the artificial taste is so strong.

Oikos Triple Zero Salted Caramel: Eh. Not a lot of flavor. I’ll try adding some mix ins later.

Oikos Triple Zero Lemon Tart: Literally bad. Maybe better with sweetener. Only thing here I straight up tossed.

    I’m NOW discovering protein poptarts????

  3. Parking_Pineapple440

Ironic because I’m the biggest fan of Oikos Triple Zero 🥲

  4. I’d like the same type of chart but higher focus on protein. The core power drinks at 42grams of protein are the best high protein low calorie drinks I’ve found. Nothing comes close.

  5. PhunkeyPharaoh

Can’t comment on the food choices, but your design style is 10/10

  6. There is something distinctly off about those Wow! donuts. Definitely wouldn’t be anywhere near A tier for me.

  7. Have you had built bars yet? Literally tastes amazing and protein to calorie ration is insane. I personally prefer the puffs to the regulars.

  8. floofy__boi

Not sure about the yogurts but I agree with most the rest. But I will say the the AP blueberry cobbler brownie is fantastic especially with peanut butter.

  9. msgmeyourcatsnudes

I’ve tried so hard to enjoy those pop tarts but I just can’t. They’re simply awful.

  10. I haven’t seen nor tasted any of the listed items. 😀

  11. Hungry_Bookkeeper191

okay now switch it to the opposite direction and maybe you have a chance

  12. This_Plane_694

    Highly suspicious of Smartcakes’ nutrition.

  13. Chonco98

Walmart has light yogurt cups for 80 calories and 13 grams of protein. I usually mix all 4 with a cup of frozen blueberries for a giant yogurt parfait with 52 grams of protein and 400 calories. The frozen blueberries have nice texture

  14. Prestigious-Oil4213

Try the core power 26 😋

ETA: Try RxBars. They aren’t super high in protein, but they are a healthy alternative to many other protein bars

  15. JeciferJames

Why is vanilla core power below the other two?????? It’s just as good, I’m drinking it with cold brew right now ❣️ I haven’t been able to find the strawberry

Weird question, why is the s tier called the s tier, is it like star/super/stand out tier?

  17. Lem0n-love

I couldnt disagree more with a post. Power crunch and oikos triple zero/light & fits are my JAM

  18. One-Ingenuity-7115

I looove the powercrunch bars haha, the peanut butter chocolate one is the best! I have never seen most of these before but I am super curious to try

  19. _timewaster
