Whats an ‘everything bagel’?

This is a staple weekend brunch for me. Always egg+bacon/ham+non dairy cheese (milk protein fucks my throat up), with some truffle mayonnaise and/or buldak hot sauce. Avocado if I didn’t forget to buy any.
Serve on a bun or on some ramen. Fantastic first meal on a Saturday.

Not a fan of ghost pepper- it’s vicious! McIlhenny’s tabasco sauce will do for me.
