In 2020 he launched an initiative to get Borshch recognized by UNESCO as being a part of Ukraine’s Intangible Cultural Heritage – and it succeeded. In 2021, he was recognized as one of the most promising culinary leaders shaping the future of gastronomy.

-1.5 lbs of chicken breast cubed up and sauted in whatever seasoning you’d like -1lb of broccoli blanched Sauce: -8oz of cream cheese -1/4 cup sour cream -1 packet of ranch seasoning -1/3 cup of chicken broth -shredded cheese
-Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning and broth in a pan. Once heated stir in some shredded cheese and mix in the chicken and broccoli.
-Add to a baking dish and top with more cheese and bacon and bake in the over at 350° for 25-30 min. I turned on the broiler for an extra 5 min at the end.

What I like most about this pic is that you seemed to have faultlessly perfected the casserole with this bad boy. I love the innovation of making the classic CBR but adding in broccoli and some gooey cheese on top. Overall, I give it an 11 out of 10 for creativeness and “ranch sauce” you made mixed in.
