Ate at Odette (3 Michelin stars) and NAE:UM on the same day and NAE:UM won hands down. The food was creative and told a story, not to mention absolutely delicious. Fun perks include picking your own knife for the main course and we chose a half wine pairing but the staff let us pick which of the 3 wines we wanted so we picked different ones so we could try them all. Highly recommend if you’re in Singapore.
