Took another practice run at making sushi. This time I prepared for 4 people. Platter includes the following preparations.
1 Spicy Salmon Roll (Raw Salmon, green onion, kimchee sauce, sriracha, Mayo, sesame oil)
1 Picksburgh Roll (smoke salmon, cream cheese, and jalapeño inside with sliced avocado outside)
1 Spicy Crab Roll (Crabstick, green onion, kimchee sauce, sriracha, Mayo, sesame oil)
1 California Roll (Crabstick, cucumber, avocado)
1 Philadelphia Roll (Raw salmon, cream cheese, avocado)
1 Tropical Paradise Roll (Tempura Shrimp, avocado and jalapeño inside with sliced mango outside)
1 Volcano Roll (Steamed shrimp, avocado, and cucumber inside, deep fried then cut with spicy crab on top)
1 Aussie Goldcoast Roll (tempura shrimp, avocado, green onion inside with thinly sliced seared filet mignon steak on top with wasabi Mayo dabs)
4 pieces raw salmon Nigiri
4 pieces seared Filet Mignon Nigiri
3 pieces Raw salmon sashimi
