I followed [this recipe](https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/eggs-in-purgatory/) – very similar to a shakshuka but slightly different. Served up with feta, herbs (cilantro + parsley), lemon juice and homemade chili sesame butter. Toasted ciabatta slices drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt on the side.
So simple, yet so delicious! Whoever thought to add eggs to a tomato sauce like this is a genius.
