White bread, nothing super special as I’m returning to the kitchen after far too long away. However I did use a quarter of the sugar (not a big fan of super sugary things) and used coconut oil in with the dough. Tastes AMAZING. Pairs well with coffee / tea and breakfast foods. Second photo is from a taste test I did with the little bit of extra dough. It’s sweet but not sugary, that coconut oil really brought the natural sweetness up and I couldn’t be happier with it.
