My mom made me garlic fried rice and eggs with longanisa this morning! except I had to go somewhere later in the day wearing a mask so needless to say that went not well… 😂

I tried to get into spam, bought 2 tins a few weeks ago. Made some with an egg almost like this but the smell when frying it in the pan took me out. Ended up eating just the egg and toast. Looks good though
