Someone was saying the other day that streaky bacon doesn’t belong on a fry up. I say LOOK AT THIS! Just on the right side of crispy – GORGEOUS!
If the hash was your only carb, you did right. If not, you still did right because hash browns are fucking awesome.

The missing toast is understandable/forgivable with the hashbrown quantity.
Everything looks incredibly well cooked/grilled.
Mushrooms and beans look like textbook book examples of perfection.

Depends on if you have toast with it or not. With toast, 4 hash browns would be too many for me. Without toast, 4 hash browns would be perfect! Also I’m normally a back bacon fan, but that streaky bacon looks great. Everything looks delicious, a fantastic fry-up.
