Easily seeing as that’s a child’s portion. No beans? WHERE ARE THE BEANS?!

I’d nap for a couple hours after eating that meal, everything looks great! Love seeing the mushrooms on the plate, I bet they went well with everything else!

This is more of a treat breakfast unless you need the calories for physical work.

I have one at weekend, then small lunch and a nice dinner. In comparison I’d only eat a starter in the US as portions are massive

If you’re splipping into a food coma after THAT, all I have for you is 4 words. Step your game up😂

Where’s the baked beans and black pudding?

Scran that at 10 o clock straight back to work no bother

That’s a small brekkie nice mid week if your skipping lunch

Practice I guess? From this picture my average is double this size and feel fine after.

The serious answer is that we basically do. A fry-up (notwithstanding that yours is missing a few essential ingredients) is generally a weekend treat rather than a daily staple. It’s supposed to put you on your arse for a bit, and you plan your day accordingly.

Lean into the coma. Learn to love it!

im in to 2 Square sausage, 2 link sausage, 3 bacon, 2 black pudding, 2 fruit pudding, 3 potato scones, 2/3 fried eggs couple of slice of plain bread huge mug of tea. Then a couple of snowballs for something sweet after. I’d like to add when I’m defcon 5 fry up status. I’ve been out mad with it for days:) but known to eat this at defcon 1 occasionally for brinner.

  12. There’s barely any carbs that’s how. It’s mostly protein.

I’ve eaten bigger waiting for my fry up to arrive.
