Dry Aged New York Strip

So when we make kabobs at my workplace. They usually give a pile of filet mignon, sirloin steak, and in this case, a bunch of extra dry aged NY strips. Pieces that dont look so good, or stuff they just need to get rid of. So i made 3 kabobs full of DA/NY pieces and bought it. Delicious.
