Formed it into 6 buns instead of 8 since I wanted them somewhat large. I might declare these buns to be too buttery, even though the application of melted butter after they came out of the oven definitely are what made them beautiful. If I was to follow this recipe again in the future, I would probably just go with the egg wash instead of the before and after butter basting.
Made a pulled pork sandwich using some homemade mojo pork that I crisped up in a skillet, topped with BBQ sauce and some store-bought coleslaw.
