Been grilling steaks for a while, finally wanted to get into smoking. Didn’t go perfect time wise but at the end of the day got it done. I’ve never smoked meats before. This was my first attempt after hours of research. Smoked on my Weber and SNS Kettle side by side, 2 St. Louis style ribs, 2 Chuck roasts (one like Poor man’s burnt ends and the other as a brisket).
Everything came out as good as I could’ve imagined. I know I kinda crammed in the chucks, but it all came out awesome at the end. Ribs took about 4 hours, and the chucks took almost 8. Sorry forgot to take the perfect picture of the ribs.
Looking forward to smoking some Dino ribs next week 😅
