1. In a pan, sautée the chopped onion and garlic cloves and the tomato paste in olive oil. 2. Remove the sausage mass from its casing and add to the pan. Gently fry, then add wine. Once the alcohol has vaporised, add tomatoes and bayleaf and simmer for 2 hours. 3. About 15 minutes before the end stir in the milk.
