Been over a yr since Ive decorated a cake (due to health issues). A bit rusty but not too bad I think ☺️
The night before I had trouble w the homemade MMF fondant it was cracking on the edges when covering the cake. Frustrated, I almost pulled it off and threw out, but I managed to painstakingly spackled it and saved the darn thing w/out goin out to spend $25+ on bad tasting fondant! 😄
