Apart from adding cheese to a shepherd’s pie. Which isn’t normally done, it looks good. What veg did you blend, was it onion and carrot only or did you add celery also?

Shepherds/Cottage pie is one of my go-to meals. It’s the first thing my Mum taught me to cook. It’s cheap to make. You can throw nearly anything in there and there are endless variations. It’s the perfect meal.
