I was always under the impression that the only “too much” you can have for a fryup is anything green or empty space on the plate. Otherwise, though amounts and proportions do vary regionally and personally, “too much” doesn’t enter in. But, then I’m only a foreign temporary transplant who picked up a few good tastes and habits in my time in the emerald isles…
