Bean reduction and toast the toast more

Black pudding & a little bit of brown sauce.

Serve the toast on a side plate, add black pudding, grilled tomatoes and possibly a hash brown or two and don’t forget HP sauce 👍

    Having it more than weekly!

    Really though, black pudding.

Finally somebody that knows to season their eggs

I’d go for some more mushrooms.

Presentation. This looks like bread with a side of sausages and bacon

You need some fried small tomatoes on a vine. Yes, bread needs toasting more, maybe add a touch of Marmite then to the butter. Eggs dropped into really hot fat makes them bubble up and go extra crispy.

  9. I’d suggest trying using Polish bacon. It has much deeper smoky flavour. It’ll take a few times to get the hang of it but it has way more than just “salty”.

At a polish shop just look for the yellowest one they have that has a bit of string in it.

Colour. Needs more colour. I don’t know how, but that’s the palest looking fry up I’ve ever seen.

Scrambled eggs over poached and way less pepper

more space between the beans and the egg. I may want to mix them, but I want that to be my choice. Use a sausage as a breakwater.

Add some Ketchup or Brown Sauce 👀💯😜

    Extra fried bread 😋👍

Perfect potato and excellent seasoned eggs, although I like them a bit runnier. Nice sausages, and don’t understand the bean hate. And of course, needs black pudding 🙂

Mushrooms look like they were cooked too high, maybe fry them slowed for a juicier feel, plus you get all the lovely juice to wipe up with the toast.

Hash brown looks really good (and homemade). I would add more.

Toast the toast. Put it on a side plate.

    Add black and white pudding.

Sausage and bacon don’t look great quality, but they are cooked nicely. Maybe try a decent butcher for bacon and sausage.

Beans could be cooked longer for a better sauce consistently. Add butter for extra richness.

I would add some tomatos to cut through the richness of everything else – either tinned or fresh.

I’m sure others have/ will say fried bread, but I’m not a fan.

3 slices of bread you maniac?

Take a slice of bread away and let the plate breathe a bit – everything else looks great
