I made my own Cafe Bonbon today! A drink with equal parts espresso and condensed milk it’s like the most compact mix of extreme bitter and extreme sweet.

    This is really similar to Copper Cow Coffee (if you’ve heard of it). They make individual pour overs that come with a packet of sweetened condensed milk, in the style of Vietnamese coffee.

    Your espresso shouldn’t be extremely bitter unless there the way you like it

    Your espresso shouldn’t necessarily be bitter. Try a coarser grind setting
