Here is the recipe if you want to try it out: [https://youtu.be/7HYeHw9Piy0](https://youtu.be/7HYeHw9Piy0)

    Macros (Servings with Noodles or Rice): Cal: 478 | Carbs: 44 | Protein: 43 | Fats: 15
    **Ingredients:**
    600gram Rump Steak thinly sliced
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil divided use
1 head of broccoli (2-3 Cups)
    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    Salt and pepper to taste
    **Sauce**
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup beef broth or water
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    **Instructions:**
In a bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, beef broth, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water.

Then in a wok or frying pan heat a 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat. Cook the broccoli until tender, roughly 4 minutes; then add ginger and garlic and cook for 30 more seconds.

Take the broccoli out and cover on a plate.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the seasoned steak pieces for 3-4 minutes without turning, then flip them and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Add broccoli mixture back to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes.

Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables and cook for 30 seconds. Add cornstarch and bring to a boil.
Cook for 1 more minute or until the sauce begins to thicken.
Once done, then can be divided and packaged between 4 reusable storage containers.

Looks delicious! I definitely will be adding this to my meal to cook list. But I do have a question what exactly is the corn starch for?

Awesome recipe, I’m going to sub noodles for zucchini noodles that way I can have like two serving w/ very low carbs.
