Once crust is baked and removed from oven, whisk mango puree and lemon juice into egg mixture. Pour over the baked crust. 4. Return baking pan to the oven for another ~30 minutes or until mango curd is set to a slight wobble. Allow to cool completely in baking pan. 5. Remove from pan, and allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 4h to overnight and then cut into squares! 6. Enjoy!

This is how I make my passion fruit slice. Just replace the mango with passion fruit pulp, removing half the seeds. It tastes even better after a day in the fridge. Almost fudge like

Ooooh looks yummy. I should make some to bring into work.

What the hell kind of measurement is “a cup”? And just give the temperatures in centigrade as well. Try and pretend you live in the real world.

This looks great and not difficult!

Looks amazing! Do you know how many cups of mango two ripe mangoes is equivalent to? Usually I use frozen rather than fresh.

true_gunman
So could you just replace the mango with any fruit of your choice? I think this would be great with strawberries

This relies on mangoes being tasty where you are. Our mangoes in my state suck.

Is there a way to substitute the flour for any other thickening agent? I can’t stand the grittiness or mouthfeel when it’s mixed with fruit.
