    It’s not your fault, but this is a truly unfortunate article title. Many people will see the header and assume a light adherence to the MD is a replacement for reasonable, moderate exercise.

    I walk 14,000 steps daily and eat a healthy diet always. It’s just a good way to live (at least for me).
