    I’ve been a vegetarian for most of my life so maybe I’m wrong, but wouldn’t it be better to add the steak right before serving rather than cooking it the second time to avoid overcooking?

    Sauce looks tasty though. I’m going to make a version with veg broth instead of the steak drippings.

    I make something very similar. My family has always called it “milk steak pasta” (maybe served with a side of the finest jelly beans, raw).

    That pan was not hot enough to cook steak
