Iberia Squid (Pieces) in Ink Sauce

I mixed the tin with a spicy red sauce (from Trader Joe’s, nothing special) and finished the penne in that sauce. Stirred in some parm and butter and finished with some more parm.

Served with Gluten Free Garlic Bread (out of focus in the background).

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with everything I’ve had from Iberia. What should I try next?
