This is an upside down rose bud (or slightly slurped rose) with two leaves on the stem. Several differences between tulips and rose are apparent in this incredibly detailed work of art. The sharp angle of the stem where the larger leaf originates, and the leaf itself, and the sepals indicates that this is a rose, and not a tulip.

Further more, as a former barista and owner of my own cafe, my snob level is extreme and I cannot abide cocoa shaker art on a coffee. Reserve that for the hot chocolates or moccachinos, not the damned coffee.
Do I need to add that I have my tongue firmly in cheek as I say this?
