I think they turned out pretty well! All I did was hit some 80/20 ground chuck with some original Head Country and threw them on.
I am now realizing I didn’t press a finger dent in the middle of the patties before throwing them on, but will definitely in the future.

I should also add, internal temp did hit 160° F on all of them

In the future, placing a piece of wood on the fire adds a nice flavor.
