I am interested in purchasing the Pit Boss PB1000D3 for my brother as a 60th birthday gift. However, I don’t know how I feel about the 50 degree increments on the temperature controller. Am I over thinking it? I have a Treager Select Elite that has 25 degree increments.

For a little more, you can buy a Recteq RT-590. Way better quality, more features, and better support.
