Never had orange roughy but I’ve seen it frozen at the store. What’s the texture like (flakey vs meaty) and the flavor (light and sweet vs fishy and gamey)?

Oh my goodness, you never hear of orange roughy.its soooo good. Last time I had it stuffed with shrimp!
