Weber 22″ kettle most versatile outdoor cooking equipment there is. Bought a base model for 129.99 and a few hundred for accessories later I’m able to sear, grill, smoke, rotisserie or pizza oven stuff. What else is there?
Bought base kettle and following-
Only Fire Rotisserie/Pizza Oven Kit
Adrenaline BBQ Stainless hinged 22″ grate
Adrenaline BBQ Porcelain drip tray
Only Fire slow and sear clone
A couple charcoal baskets from home store
This Kettle does it all. Amazing

First thing you do is buy a rotisserie attachment. It’s amazing… prime rib, whole chickens, pichana etc.

Don’t skimp on charcoal, and a little goes a long way!

Congrats and one of the most versatile grills you can have for years to come. Check out the snake morbid and a rib rack for ribs, the collar and stone for pizzas and mine even came with a rotisserie attachment for chicken and gyros. Get the chimney not only to avoid lighter fluid but to also gage how much charcoal for different kinds of meals. Cool color too

Much smaller learning curve than you might think. Just account for extra time to allow the coal to really heat up. Other than that, enjoy! You can use that beast as a grill, smoker, fun living room center piece, and more!
I’ve cooked on charcoal my whole life and if I can do it, anyone can. Just enjoy it and that awesome charcoal flavor. Lemme know if you run into any questions, happy to help

Yes, the cooking techniques are very different but IMO, charcoal is so much better flavor!

It was very intimidating at first, but much more fun than gas. I definitely have a lot to learn.
Step 1 but a chimney starter
Welcome friend.
Beer taste better when you’re smelling a chimney get hot. Sick color there brother! Have fun
this is the BEST grill …..
Smoking
Off set
High heat
Etc etc
You’ll never go back to gas again.
Learn to control your temps and you’ll be able to get good results. Lots of good YouTube videos to teach good techniques.
[View to a Grill](https://youtube.com/@Viewtoagrill) and [Cooking with Ry](https://youtube.com/@CookingWithRy) channels have good videos on cooking with a Weber Kettle.
