Prepare for a new wave of coffee from Hawai’i. There will still be the predominance of poor/high-priced product but there are definitely some producers in the state who are doing very cool things with varietals and especially processing.

Nice find! I see it has already sold out. That said, isn’t it a bit too quick to declare that you have found good Hawaiian coffee given you haven’t even brewed it once yet, let alone dialed it in?

$55 for 8oz. yep, it better be good.
But be *highly* skeptical of anything significantly cheaper, since they only need to be 10% Kona coffee to be legally labeled “Kona coffee”, so most are 90% some cheap Brazilian coffee.
